14:00 | Shinrin-yoku — Forest bathing. Meditative walk to reduce stress.

15:00 | Sound healing — Deep relaxation through the vibrations of singing bowls at the cellular level.
WHO LEADS THE MINI-RETREAT?

Yevhen Kholod (@e_holod) is an experienced hatha yoga teacher and tea ceremony master. He will conduct breathing practices and yoga at the retreat.

Elizabeth Skakun (@eliza_skakun) is a spiritual master and mindfulness practitioner. She will guide you through the practice of Shinrin-yoku forest bathing, and at the end of the day, immerse you in a healing space of meditation and sound healing.
