Three hours on a Sunday that combine movement, sound, and delicious food – and give that feeling of lightness that is hard to explain but very easy to recognize.
The classes are designed for those who have never practiced yoga or have practiced for a long time and want to start again - without difficult poses and the feeling that you are doing something wrong.
What is included in the weekly meetings:
- Soft yoga – smooth work with the body, without overexertion
- Live resonance practice – the sound of flutes, drum and bowl, group chanting of the OM mantra
- Healthy breakfast at Forest restaurant
who is conducting
Yevhen Kholod (inst: e_holod) is a hatha yoga teacher and tea ceremony master.
He practices Hatha Yoga, studied the Yoga 23 system with Andriy Sidersky, and explores Kriya Yoga with Volodymyr Tkachenko. For five years, he has been exploring the path of tea – not as a ritual for the sake of ritual, but as the art of presence.
For Yevhen, yoga and tea are a living practice of self-discovery, not a set of techniques. This is exactly what you feel during the class.
participation format
Group – up to 10 participants, small format to maintain a private atmosphere and individual attention to everyone.
One-time visit or subscription – 4 classes/month (two classes in the subscription can be transferred).
