Physical therapy (PET) is a system of special exercises aimed at restoring motor functions, strengthening muscles, and preventing diseases.
At the Forest Retreat Center, classes are conducted under the supervision of experienced professionals who create an individual program for each guest - according to their health status, goals, and personal needs.
We combine classical exercise therapy methods with a modern rehabilitation approach, using comfortable rooms, equipment, and the capabilities of our territory.
When to contact
Exercise therapy classes are recommended in the following cases:
- after injuries and operations (rehabilitation);
- for pain in the back, neck, joints;
- for posture correction and scoliosis prevention;
- for diseases of the musculoskeletal system;
- for general strengthening of the body;
- as support for a sedentary lifestyle or sedentary work.
