What kind of service is this?
Taping is a method of soft fixation of muscles, joints or ligaments using special elastic tapes (kinesiotapes) that do not restrict movement but actively support recovery.
This is an effective addition to massage, rehabilitation or osteopathic sessions, as well as a stand-alone procedure to relieve pain, improve posture or reduce swelling.
The tapes work even after the procedure is complete — they are worn for 2–5 days, which allows for a gentle continuation of the therapeutic effect.
