What kind of service is this?
Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese practice of “forest bathing,” which combines a slow walk among oak trees, meditative practices, and a tea ceremony.
It's a way to immerse yourself in nature, reduce stress levels, calm the nervous system, restore internal balance, and feel renewed energy.
The practice is conducted with a guide who helps you slow down, focus on yourself, and feel the natural flow of energy.
