The “Caring for Parents” program was created in Forest Retreat Center especially for older people who want to maintain health, stay active, and feel confident in their bodies.
This is not just a workout, but a comprehensive body care program that helps maintain mobility, strength, and vitality for many years to come.
Why this program?
As we age, our bodies need more attention. Muscles gradually lose tone, movements become less confident, and back or joint pain can interfere with a full life.
Regular gentle activity and professional support help restore balance, improve well-being, and stay active in daily activities.
The “Caring for Parents” program helps:

How the program works
1. Initial diagnosis
- Bioimpedance weighing — determination of body composition, muscle mass level, hydration and balance.
- Physical Integration Specialist Review — assessment of mobility, posture, balance, and coordination.
- Individual plan — is developed by a specialist according to the condition of the body, age and needs.
2. Regular classes
- Individual training (physical therapy, 30 min) — gentle exercises aimed at restoring flexibility, improving blood circulation, and stabilizing the musculoskeletal system.
- Wellness massage (30 min) — promotes relaxation, relieves tension and stimulates recovery processes.
Duration of one visit — 1 hour.
Classes are held 2 or 3 times a week, at a comfortable pace, under the supervision of specialists.
