What kind of service is this?
Hiking in the Forest is a therapeutic movement format that combines physical activity, breathing techniques, and mindful presence in nature.

The walks take place with a trainer among the century-old oaks of the Holosiivskyi Forest, on eco-trails at the highest point in Kyiv. The route and pace are selected individually, depending on your goals.

This is not fitness or training in the classical sense. It is the restoration of the nervous system, breathing, posture, and regulation of emotional state through simple, natural movement.
When to contact
Walking sessions are recommended if you:
