Anna is an artist, certified instructor, and practitioner for whom yoga has become a way of life and an art form.
It combines mindfulness, deep bodywork, and breathing so that each practice becomes a creative process of self-discovery.
Classes are held outdoors, in the silence of the oak forest of the Forest Retreat Center - at dawn or before sunset.
This is a time when nature creates soft lighting, silence, and a sense of calm that support the practice from within.
