An individual menu at Forest Retreat Center is a personalized nutrition system developed based on your tests, goals, and health status. We create not just a list of dishes, but a logical continuation of your diagnosis in the form of a balanced, tasty, and therapeutic diet.

The menu is suitable for both independent use at home and for the period of stay at Forest during check-ups, detoxes or longevity programs.
