What kind of service is this?
Forest Long Walk is a long walk through the Holosiivskyi Forest accompanied by a trainer. It is more than an activity: a combination of physical exertion, breathing practices, moments of silence and mindfulness, restoration through nature, and immersion in a shared experience.
The route passes through picturesque trails and hills, leads to the Holy Trinity Kitaevsky Monastery and a lake with a font, where you can relax and take a dip in the cool water. It ends in Forest with a healthy lunch, which will restore your strength after the route.
Format
- a 12 km walking route through the forest among hills and oaks;
- a stop at a 17th century monastery and the practice of silence;
- a break by the lake with the possibility of a bath;
- Finish in Forest with a healthy lunch.
