What kind of service is this?
Electrocardiography (ECG) — This is a basic instrumental examination that allows you to assess the electrical activity of the heart.
The procedure is quick, painless and non-invasive, performed at rest, in a comfortable position for the patient.
An ECG can detect:
- rhythm disturbances (arrhythmias),
- signs of ischemia or previous infarction,
- myocardial hypertrophy,
- other changes in heart function that require additional examination or treatment.
The study is conducted in our medical office using modern equipment.
When to contact
ECG is recommended in the following cases:
- chest pain or discomfort
- shortness of breath, dizziness, loss of consciousness
- heart rhythm disturbances or a feeling of interruptions
- heart condition control in cases of hypertension, diabetes, chronic diseases
- preventive examination before starting physical activity or treatment
- assessment of the effectiveness of cardiovascular disease therapy
